Enhancements
1. Revised and updated the user interface.
2. Added an option to require a password to access Debt Analyzer.
3. Added License Information dialog.
4. Updated the help.
5. You can now copy from and paste to the fields.
6. Improved printing.
7. The setup file now contains a digital certificate that certifies that the program has not been altered. It will also prevent the 'Unknown Publisher' warning message that used to occur during install if the setup file was downloaded using Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer.
   
   Bugs Fixed
8. In View Report the Use Color menu option now has the checkmark enabled when the menu is first entered.
9. You can now close the program even if some of the Debt information is invalid. A dialog is displayed that says there was an error but offers to exit anyway.
10. Fixed a problem where sometimes the user could not save the debt information.
11. Fixed a Read Beyond End of File error.
