Options
Below is a brief description of the options available in the reports.

Date Format
Select from the drop down list the date format you would like displayed in the reports.

Year End
Select whether to display the cumulative totals of the schedule on a calendar or fiscal year basis.

Fiscal Year
A fiscal year basis displays the totals at exact yearly intervals. For example, a loan paid monthly which starts in March would show totals each March.

Calendar Basis
If a calendar basis is chosen, totals would be shown at the end of each calendar year. In this case, a loan starting in April would show totals each December or end of the year.

Day Payment Due
Insert the day of the month that the payment is to be made on the new consolidated loan.

Display Decimal
Select the Display Decimal option to display decimal points (cents in the USA). In order to display rounded values (on reports only -- still calculated with decimals internally) to the dollar or denomination in use, do not select this option. Rounded values may be easier to read with larger values.

Values In Boxed Grid
Use this option to display all values in the reports in a boxed grid, similar to a spreadsheet. This can lead to easier lining up of items in rows and columns.

Cumulative Values
This option displays the values in a cumulative fashion. For example, if a monthly payment is $50.00, then the first month would show $50.00, the second month displays $100.00, the third month reads $150.00 and so on. The actual monthly payment is only $50.00, but the cumulative or running total of what has been paid is illustrated.
